Tensioner Pulley, Seals, Windshield Wipers, Vehicle Inspection
During a routine inspection, unusual sounds were detected near the drive pulley. After evaluation, it was decided to replace the tensioner pulley.
There was also oil misting around the VTEC valve and the sealing rings in the cylinder head cover.
Parts were ordered from an official dealer.
Voltage charts from the generator before and after the tensioner replacement show dips below 13V due to engine stops.
Windshield wipers were routinely replaced after 14,000 km. The length of 7662020-TL0-G02 is 600 mm, and 7662020-TV0-G02 is 650 mm.
The vehicle successfully passed another vehicle inspection.
